Back to reality…Back to the grind…

Today is the final day of my holidays….this can only mean one thing…back to work tomorrow!! For two entire weeks I have been dreading this moment…however…in my current state of mind I feel positively motivated by the thought of getting back in to my routine, to normality & not wasting days in by one, stuffing my face with festive ket & piling on the pounds!  Going back to work is good!  Wow…who’d have thought that sentence would have left my lips….!  Although I have thoroughly enjoyed a well deserved lazy fortnight & spending time with my daughter (although she has had this norovirus thingy & we’ve hardly left the house for 2 weeks!)…I almost feel that for two weeks time has stood still (& I’ve done more daydreaming to last the whole of 2013)…I have ate soooo much rubbish I feel bloated & sluggish…stagnant & unmotivated.  Tomorrow…this is all going to change!  Tomorrow is my new year, my fresh start, time for change!  I’ve also made some additions to my 2013 bucket list (below).  One of these is to try the nee 5:2 diet (which also ties in with getting into shape, etc.).  More on the 5:2 diet tomorrow!

Additions to the bucket list…
2.    Increase my knowledge of youth mental health for the purpose of work- do research
23.    Try the 5:2 diet
24.    Moisturize every day!
25.    See Bob Jovi live
26.    See Little Mix live
27.    Exercise at least twice a week at some level
28.    Keep nails tidy (except on pyjama days!)
29.    Have a go at writing a book….(a short story anyway!)
30.    Get a penpal
